Privacy notice
- Who handles your data
- The data controller is S'imbragu Farm B&B, Località Corrus de Trebutzu, 08048 Tortolì (OG). For any question, write to simbragubb@gmail.com.
- What this website collects
- This website uses no tracking cookies or analytics and collects no personal data. Fonts are served from our own server, so opening a page contacts no outside service.
- When you contact us
- If you write to us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, we use the details you give us (name, dates, number of guests, contact details) only to reply and to handle your booking. WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own privacy policy.
- Guests
- Italian law requires us to record guests' identity documents and report them to the police through the Alloggiati Web portal. We keep booking records for as long as tax rules require.
- Your rights
- You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, and you can complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
